Admiral Sunrooms was founded in 1954 by Admiral J. Farmer, a resident of Glendora, CA, with an ambitious goal; to help customers improve their quality of life. Utilizing only the finest materials available, Admiral quickly became one of the largest producers of awnings and patio rooms on the west coast.

To this day, Admiral Sunrooms, Inc. remains committed to helping its customers improve their quality of life. In 2004, Admiral Sunrooms, Inc. was featured as a manufacturer and supplier of sunrooms in David Wilson's 100 Sunrooms: A Hands-On Design Guide and Source book.

Now under the ownership of Edward Guy Bloom, a pioneer in the sunroom industry, Admiral Sunrooms, Inc. is the fastest growing manufacturer of sunrooms and solariums in America. In July 2006, due to its enormous growth, Admiral Sunrooms, Inc added a much needed east coast manufacturing facility, "Admiral East", which is located in Lakewood, NJ. The addition of this facility is the first step in plans to grow the company and meet the increasing national demand for Admiral's sunroom products.
